1Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any service provided by jackpot 888, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the jackpot 888 platform immediately.

3Account Management

5Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your jackpot 888 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before the first withdrawal can be made;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in your own name;
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal;
• Jackpot 888 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

Jackpot 888 withdrawal processing times are 1–3 hours for fully verified accounts on business days. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Malaysian public holidays may take slightly longer depending on the bank's processing system.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Jackpot 888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer. The general terms that apply to all jackpot 888 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: The welcome bonus requires a 25× wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Other bonuses may have different requirements;
• Validity Period: Most jackpot 888 bonuses are valid for 7–30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation;

• The outcome of all jackpot 888 games is final once a round is completed;
• Technical failures or internet disruptions during gameplay do not void bets that have already been validly placed;
• Jackpot 888 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by a third-party body for all digital games;
• Sports Betting on jackpot 888 closes as soon as the match kicks off unless explicitly offered as in-play betting;

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or Sports Betting;
• Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering;
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to make a deposit;

9Account Termination & Suspension

Jackpot 888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member;

Members who wish to voluntarily close their jackpot 888 account may contact the customer support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process within 5–7 business days, subject to there being no outstanding payments or unresolved disputes.
